Beavers: Our youngest members, aged 6 to 8, are the Beavers. They embark on exciting journeys, learn new skills, and make lifelong friends. From nature walks to creative crafts, Beavers thrive in a supportive environment.

Cubs: The Cubs, aged 8 to 10½, continue their scouting journey. They explore the outdoors, build teamwork skills, and earn badges. Whether it’s camping in new places or learning first aid, Cubs are always up for an adventure.

Scouts: Our Scouts, aged 10½ to 14, take on challenges that push their limits. They learn life skills, practice leadership, and contribute to their community. Camping trips, hiking, and community service are all part of the Scout experience.

ATLAS AESU (Air Explorer Scout Unit): For our older members, aged 14 to 18, we have the ATLAS AESU. Explorers delve into more advanced activities, including expeditions, outdoor pursuits, and leadership development. It’s a stepping stone to becoming confident and capable young adults.

Our Group are an RAF recognised Air Scout Group, this means we are inspected by the RAF and as Air Scouts we have a special focus for air activities, like aircraft badgework, going gliding, and other great air adventures!

When do we meet?
Each section meets on a different night. Our HQ is on Arksey Lane, but thanks to the Youth Investment Fund, we are getting a new building! This long-awaited adventure will be fantastic for the group and in the meanwhile we've temporarily moved to the Town End Community Hub.
